Pale lemon in color. Medium plus in body with high acidity. Dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing limes, grapefruits, green and red apples, pears, peaches, spices and light oak. This Single Vineyard white blend is crisp and refreshing. Fresh and rich. Really tasty. Tangy and interesting and a good pool wine. Nice to see how both grapes show themselves in this wine. Would be nice to revisit it in a couple of years. A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged in used French oak barrels for 7 months. Kosher and not Mevushal. 13.5% alcohol by volume. 91 points. $42.
