Typically stay away from nigori, but got this one in a subscription box, so I paired it with spicy Chinese chicken. Perfect smoothness and hint of sweetness. This will make a fan of anyone who says they don’t like unfiltered sake.

Yup, milky creamy style w/great floral lift w/lychee & sweet honeydew melon. At 15% - this was a bit hot and lacked stuffing... still very pleasant.

Served in a wooden box, cloudy, unfiltered Sake- aromas of lychee and honeydew. Very nice flavors, sweet finish.
