Negromaro grape Ripe, fishy, smells from somewhere really warm, black cherries, acidity makes whole mouth water, light body like 2% milk, does not weigh mouth down, if it was. Fabric would be silky mouth but finish is really textural and bold finish. Smells like an old house. Red wine, not white like notes on app. Organic and sustainable, ripe but finishes quickly
