CANADA : NOVA SCOTIA : ANNAPOLIS ROYAL Grain (Corn) — Juniper, sun-dried dulse, lemon peel, and five additional botanicals MEDIUM-BODIED, CITRUS PEEL, JUNIPER, SEA SALT, OCEAN SPRAY, FRESH PEPPER Still Fired Distilleries runs Nova Scotia's first legal stills — hand-fabricated copper pots built by a local welder in Annapolis Royal, operated by two ex-commercial divers who left their underwater careers to make spirits in the Annapolis Valley. The flagship gin is triple distilled, refluxed over actual Bay of Fundy beach stone before the botanical basket pulls eight hand-selected ingredients through the still — anchored by locally harvested, sun-dried dulse, the red seaweed native to Maritime Canadian food tradition. Dulse is the call sign, but the gin carries it quietly. The nose opens on sea spray and fresh rain before citrus and juniper come forward; the palate runs lemon peel and floral berry into an earthy finish with licorice and cracked pepper. Esquire named it one of the top trending gins in the US. Taste of Nova Scotia gave it Product of the Year in 2022. It earns both. 80 Proof Please note: Spirits are only available for local delivery or in-store pickup. All orders for shipping will be cancelled immediately.
