I’m back at USQ wines on Union Sq. Great place to come and learn about wine for free... this Scramsberg is very good. No need to buy French stuff, when the domestic product is so strong. Delicate, toasty nose. Superfine bubbles which help to lift the texture. Baked bread and biscuits. Finishes with a hint of honey. Strong showing.
