SLOVENIA : PRIMORSKA  Malvasia  LIGHT-BODIED, JASMINE, LEMON RIND, PEACH, USED OAK An elegant, effervescent and easy-drinking skin contact (orange) pet-nat from picturesque hills in Slovenia, 5km from the Adriatic Sea. Although approachably fruity and floral, it’s still got some funk — expect yeasty notes and a chewy texture with soft acidity and gentle tannin.  WINEMAKING : Low-Intervention / Natural (low sulfur); Skin-Contact / Orange Wine FARMING : Biodynamic PAIRING : Olive Oil Cake
