Slight strawberry and white peach on the nose, with a stony freshness towards the end, with hints of rhubarb or something deeper, along with the consistent stony minerality. The color is a beautiful pale peach/pink, with a beautiful palate of underripe strawberries, white peach, a beautiful bead of acidity, a slight orange citrus hint, and a great dry finish. A crazy value, and solid pairing for paella!
