Sourced from the area’s most premium and mature vineyards, the wine is opulent and dense, with generous dark fruit, lingering white pepper spice, and supple tannins. Matured for 15 months in French oak foudres; neither fined nor filtered prior to bottling.  Conventional  Pair With: Australia Day BBQ
