Crushed red pepper, bell pepper, some smoke. Medium bodied with medium tannins. It’s kind of an old-school but new-world kind of Cabernet, if that even makes sense. Goes extremely well with Mexican food. Extra point for not attempting to copy Bordeaux or Napa.
