Oregon : Willamette Valley Pinot Noir MEDIUM-BODIED, RED/BLUE FRUIT, AROMATIC, MILD TANNIN, USED OAK Very aromatic in the nose, with raspberry, blueberry, black cherry and light rose note with a hint of spice. This has taken a very sharp turn in the right direction. At the same time, it changed gears and picked up speed out of the turn. Spectacular now. Very Burgundian in its presentation. Lithe, well balanced with just a dollop of sweetness. Very impressed with this, as opposed to my last bottle which was a crime scene.

Initially interesting, but declined rapidly, and further declined on day two. Nothing to write home about, and I purchased half a case. Meo Camuzet is my fave Burgundy producer. I’m mortified.

Best of the blended Pinots. Yummy without being cloying.

Very Nice Pinot from Oregon. Aromas of cherry, black tea, earth, tobacco, and pepper. Tannins are present, but not overbearing. Nice finish.

Elegant Oregon Pinot Noir, with a little too much tannin in the finish, although it improved once open 1 hour. Very Burgundian in flavor. Good berry nose.

This is a very nice Pinot! Red fruit and cherry stones on the nose with a peppery finish. It’s young and could use some more time in the bottle. I’m excited to see this open up in the years ahead

Been sick for a week, not all the way better, but today is Valentine’s Day and we’re having wine with dinner. Aromatics are alluring with high toned red fruit & a black tea note. The palate shows beautifully ripe red fruit leading to darker spicier notes and a textural tannic grip. Lots to unpack over the years with this as these 16’s will only get better with time. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Medium dark, dark color. A subtle aroma of orange zest and poupouri, Indian spice, dried mango, cranberry and tobacco smoke. Still shy but opening up on 2nd glass. Immediate crushed pomegranate and snappy boysenberry, medium finish, good tension with lingering cloves and small chalky notes-super elegant rounded edges. 2022-2026. Good future ahead
