Theres some fight in this pale cheap little sparkler. More than you'd expect through the translucent hay and muted nose. It has a powerful punch, traditional method, prickly little bubbles. Apples and pears, in the spectrum from fresh to fleshy to baked. Stripped bones, fruit barely has a chance to peak through. Big acid I barely noticed the 12g RS (apparently).
