Similar to the last time we bought this (2017 vintage) wine, but prior traits seemed to be dialed down 25%. 100% Chenin Blanc; Anjou AOC (Saint-Jean-des-Mauvrets) Nose has chalky minerals, cold honey, beeswax and dried apricots. Palate has dehydrated apricot, peach skin, medium acidity and medium finish. $14, still a great value.

Fun Chenin. Light on the nose, but fun Long finish. We’ve been drinking California Chenin, fun to taste this blend from two vineyards of Anjou. Fuller bodied, high acid.

First time trying one of the Mary Taylor wines and this lived up to its reputation for a well made honest wine for the price. At <$15 a very solid value. Quite juicy with nice minerality. Finish is perhaps a note short but still a nice wine.
