GEOGRAPHY: New York : Finger LakesVARIETALS: Riesling, Cabernet Franc FARMING: Sustainable WINEMAKING: Low-intervention/natural; no sulfites added; made from 100% Riesling juice fermented on fresh Cabernet Franc skins that had been pressed for rosé, aged in used French oak STYLE: Light-bodied, chill-able, fresh citrus, red fruit, dark fruit, aged in used French oak PAIR WITH: Spicy kimchi tacos  Not quite a red, not quite a white, and definitely not a rosé (in our opinion, it most closely resembles a super light, chillable red)...Whatever you want to call it, 'Red Rizza' ("Rizza" is Aussie slang for Riesling) is undeniably fresh, delicious, easygoing, and unique.

Quite tart here it's quite thin but has some tearing. Riesling that got refermented on cab. franc pressings making this a double duty + extra $ for them to boot! This would pair well with Thai. or Vietnamese food.
