This bright and bubbly pet-nat from Kobal’s ‘Bajta’ line is a 50/50 blend of Laški Rizling (aka Welschriesling) and Chardonnay, with thirst-quenching exotic fruit and some subtle yeasty-ness for added complexity and a pleasantly creamy texture.
