SCOTLAND : CAMPBELTOWN Malted Barley FULL-BODIED, TOFFEE, MARITIME AIR, CITRUS PEEL, DRIED PINEAPPLE, OAK SPICE Glen Scotia has been distilling in Campbeltown since 1832, making it one of three survivors from a region that once housed more than two dozen distilleries. Today the distillery operates with much of its original equipment intact — a cast iron mash tun over a century old, copper pot stills, and dunnage warehouses close enough to the sea to do their part in shaping the spirit. The 10 Year Old matures exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and comes out non-chill filtered at 40% ABV. The result is firmly Campbeltown: toffee and brine up front, bright citrus and dried pineapple through the middle, a finish that dries toward ginger and oak spice with a late hint of sea air. 80 Proof Please note: Spirits are only available for local delivery or in-store pickup.
