AUSTRIA : NIEDERÖSTERREICH : WACHAU  Riesling MED-BODIED, MINERAL, CITRUS, RIPE APPLE, STRAW, PETROL, DRY, NO OAK A phenomenal (dry) Austrian Riesling from Mathias Hirtzberger (the youngest son of famous winemaker Franz HIrtzberger). Succulent and just a little spicy, it’s got fresh acidity, fine salty and mineral nuance, a whiff of petrol, juicy white fruit, and a lemony touch in the background. Persistent, harmonious, and made for bottle aging.  Sustainable  Pair With: Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Pecorino and Truffle
