This Lambrusco is quite refreshing, not sweet at all unlike most of the cherry soda version that flooded the marketplace; pale pink to magenta color, nose of eucalyptus, strawberry, raspberry and Maraschino cherry, lightly fizzy, medium body with nice acidity, tastes of orange peel, strawberry, raspberry cream and pink grapefruit, clean and delicate finish, beach picnic anyone?

Strawberry flavored Lambrusco di Sorbara, and the best Lambrusco I have had. Enjoyable fizzy drink, without the alcohol aftertaste I have found in most Lambrusco. Lighter than typical Lambrusco.
