ITALY : Puglia  Primitivo FULL-BODIED, MORELLO CHERRY, CLOVE, CHOCOLATE, SLAVONIAN OAK The Fatalone wines are the most expressive and refined in Puglia and are among some of Italy's finest red wines made today. The Primitivo Riserva is made from 100% Primitivo, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, 12 months in Slavonian oak cask (with the application of music therapy!) and 6 months in bottle. FARMING: Organic PAIRING: Roast Beef, Aged Cheeses
