FRANCE : BORDEAUX : SAINT-ÉMILION Merlot MED-FULL-BODIED, BLACK CHERRY, PLUM, RASPBERRY, SLATE, CEDAR, SOME OAK Sourced from a tiny parcel of Grand Cru Saint-Émilion vines tended to by Catherine Grébau, 'Christiana' was created with the help of Grébau's son, Bertrand (an esteemed chef and creator of Septime in Paris). Although classic in style, 'Christiana' is equal parts elegance and warmth, and therefore feels a bit more approachable than some of its peers – with concentrated dark fruit, fresh acidity, and soft tannins. WINEMAKING: Low-intervention under 20ppm sulfur added; aged in a mixture of amphorae, barrique, and stainless steel; only 3 vintages made FARMING : Certified Organic PAIRING : Steak au Poivre
