It has a dustier, mineral feel that is elegant and detailed but still friendly and very approachable. Subtle, complex with blackberry, nutmeg, cinnamon, with a light dusting of tannins. Lots of nuance and freshness. Lovely floral notes & acidity. FARMING: Biodynamic PAIRING: Roasts
