The Ricetti Vineyard in Redwood Valley is her anchor: 80+ year old dry-farmed, organically tended vines that she's locked into a long-term contract. Pink Lemonade is a field blend of everything Ricetti grows. She picks in two passes — earlier-ripeners (Abouriou, Zinfandel) get a 7–8 day maceration before pressing to neutral barrique; Valdiguié, Carignan, and Colombard follow with a 5-day carbonic, then press and barrel. Blended in late February, bottled unfined and unfiltered with only 20 ppm total sulfur. The name is literal: the tank runs electric pink at fermentation.
