FRANCE : LOIRE VALLEY : COTEAUX DU GIENNOIS Pinot Noir, Gamay LIGHT-BODIED, RASPBERRIES, RED CHERRY, GRASS, EARTH, MINERALITY,  NO OAK Light and vibrant, with crunchy red fruit and soft tannin: ‘Les Beaux Jours’ is a snapshot of the “freakishly great” 2019 vintage in the Loire Valley from the young and talented Emille Balland, who started his own domaine in 1999. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Gamay from 50-60 year old vines in the calcareous soils of Coteaux du Giennois. Undergoes 5 day maceration with natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Light filtration before bottling.  ECOLOGY: Practicing Organic FOOD PAIRING: Pizza Bianca with Arugula and Bacon
