ARGENTINA : MENDOZA Malbec FULL BODIED, BLACK FRUIT, SPICE, MOCHA, OAK PRESENT Lush nose laced with blackberry, plum, and cassis. It is then joined by nuances of spice and smoke with hints of coffee. Soft yet focused on the palate, with additional notes of strawberry and wild herbs. Medium amount of tannins and well balanced acidity. ECOLOGY: Organic FOOD PAIRING: Barbeque & Roasts
