Fresh laundry, apple-crisp nose with a body that’s somehow almost effervescent while still remaining creamy. Citrus, white peach, and lively tart berry flavors with a whiff of cotton candy. Haven’t had a California white this solid in a while.

Biodynamic/natural wine composed of Rhône varietals and Chardonnay. Gold color with light haze. Wet stone, lemon & faint notes of honey on nose. Medium bodied & medium acidity with mouth coating tropical fruit on palate. Lingering finish. Not getting any of the fizz described by others.
