FRANCE : ROUSSILLON : COLLIOURE Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir MEDIUM-FULL BODIED, BLACK CHERRY, GARRIGUE, TAPENADE, DRIED HERBS, COASTAL MINERAL Nénu is the project of Danish biologist Rasmus Aamand Olesen, who settled in the sea-cliff terraced vineyards of Collioure in 2016. "MM" is a non-vintage blend assembled from barrels spanning 2018, 2019, and 2020 — a multi-year assembly that achieves the consistency and depth no single harvest could provide alone. Mourvèdre gives the backbone; Grenache Noir gives the sun and spice. Farmed without chemicals, minimal intervention in the cellar. ECOLOGY : Biodynamic, Natural Winemaking PAIRING : Grilled lamb, ratatouille, duck breast, aged cheese
