Pop and pour. A resplendent light golden straw color. On the nose: Delicate notes of pear, lemon, floral, and minerals. Taste: pear, crushed gravel, lemon rind, minerals, and white pepper/green apple medium plus finish. YUM. Going great with the seafood dinner!

I get charred popcorn, maybe grilled? If there is such a descriptor...I'm not a huge fan of Chard so I couldn't go passed a cpl pours of this. But what a tasting experience though!!!
