Working with minimal intervention in the cellar (indigenous yeast, stainless steel, and low sulfur), he produces elegant, site-specific wines, such as the highly aromatic and vibrant 'Terres Blanches.' Super-clean and precise yet fleshy and textured, it has gorgeous citrus / stone fruit and hardcore minerality … a true expression of a “grand Sauvignon Blanc," and a shining example of what terroir-driven natural wines can accomplish.
