FRANCE : BURGUNDY : COTE DE BEAUNE Pinot Noir MED-BODIED, RASPBERRY, CHERRY, CHARCOAL, FLORAL, SPICE, USED OAK Denis Carré founded his estate in 1975, meaning it’s a relatively new domaine by Burgundian standards — and, making his accomplishments all the more impressive. Today the estate is  run by his children, Marial and Gaetane, and includes 13 hectares of vines spread over eight appellations.
