FRANCE : LANGUEDOC-ROUSSILLON Grenache Gris  MED-BODIED, PEAR, GREEN APPLE, CITRUS, GRASS, STRAW, TARRAGON, OAK  Complex and savory, ‘Les Grèzes’ is a blend of two biodynamically farmed parcels of Grenache Gris in the heart of AOP Saint-Chinon. All processes in the cellar are strictly natural and performed according to the lunar calendar without the use of additives. Ferments in barrel for 10 months before blending & matures in barrel another 10 months before bottling.  ECOLOGY :Organic, Biodynamic  PAIR WITH : Escargots à la Bourguignonne *Low Sulfite
