France : Languedoc Roussillon : Minervois Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache MEDIUM-BODIED, RED/BLACK FRUIT, HERBS, EARTH, TANNIN, NO OAK Smooth, accessible Languedoc table wine. Mellow tannins with age, red and dark fruits on the nose and palate. Starts and finishes with heavy notes of wet earth and dry herbs, making this a perfect pair with roast beef. Biodynamic

Love this old world red funk. Just the perfect food wine. Almost anything really but pair with stewed meats, nothing too spicy to over power the subtle notes of minerals and earthiness. I’ll reach for this one again when I’m serving braised short ribs, stewed chicken or beef or a hearty soup. Wonderful! Enjoy!!

Perfect rotisserie chicken wine. Incorrect blend notes. According to the winery, it's Syrah, Grenache, cinsault. On the nose, raspberries, barnyard, baking spices and earth. In the mouth, bright red juicy fruits, iron and a bit of tannin. Decent acidity. Slightly bitter mid-palate.
