FRANCE : BEAUJOLAIS : MORGAN Gamay Noir FULL-BODIED, MINERAL, RASPBERRY, CHERRY, EARTH, USED OAK This back vintage cuvée comes from 70-85 year old vines in the sandy soils of his Corcelette vineyard; grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with full cluster. Drinking beautifully now but could age for 20 years or more. FARMING : Sustainable PAIRING : Juicy Lamb Burger
