Crowley Four Winds Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2018

OREGON : WILLAMETTE VALLEY  Pinot Noir  MED-BODIED, STRAWBERRY, BLACKBERRY, WET STONE, CLOVE, VANILLA, NEW OAK  This soft, somewhat brooding expression of Willamette Pinot Noir comes from the Four Winds vineyard in the McMinnville Coast Range. Planted in 1990 with Pommard clone Pinot Noir, the high elevation and uniquely shallow volcanic soils here result in lean, fresh, and acid-driven wines with distinct mineral tones and rich berry fruit.  FARMING : Sustainable  PAIRING : Chicken and Mushroom Marsala
