CALIFORNIA : SIERRA FOOTHILLS 56% Syrah, 38% Cinsault, 6% Verdelho MEDIUM BODIED, DARK FRUIT, HERBS, LEATHER, SPICY, NEUTRAL OAK Really great nose of blackberry, black raspberry, and black plums. Hints of leather spice play well with the notes of lilac and lavender flowers on the palate that is chockful of blackberry fruit. Super long finish with a nice black pepper note. ECOLOGY : Biodynamic FOOD PAIRING: Bison Burger
