It is rich on the palate with lovely soft texture, reminiscent of biting into a ripe summer peach. Subtle hints of herbs interplay and make this wine an educational experience of what Chenin can be. Love this wine. Electric boogaloo type wine. So much energy. Could power a small house! Nose is high toned meyer lemon, fresh almonds, saline minerals, persian cucumber, swimming pool. Just wow nose. Palate is just electric! ⚡️so much acid and texture. Insane minerality. Pretty much no fruit. Sappy and extracted with a never ending finish. Structured to a T. Wow wine and wonderful. As it airs the nose gets phyllo dough and that takes this over the top!

Just gorgeous. On the nose: lemon, lemon peel, almond, a touch of lanolin, herbs, and you can almost smell the electricity crackle . On the palate, sizzling acidity, lemon, lemon oil, a touch of vanilla, almond, amazing density. So good.
