Definitely a premium Graves blanc style that everyone who is really into wine should try. .very different to the sauvignon 'fume 'from California, this 40 years old vines in the core of Graves in Bordeaux produces a lush still refreshing and lingering white that's worth ageing and unusually complex with sauvury notes mixed with mineral and honey undertones. The freshness is still in place. 40% SB + 60 % Semillon partially fermented in new oak . Alcohol content? Just 12.5 abv! !
