France : Bordeaux : Cotes de Francs 85% Merlot, 14% Cab Sauv, 1% Carmenere MD-FULL BODIED, RED/DARK FRUIT, HERBS, SOFT TANNINS, NEUTRAL OAK This is Bordeaux unlike any other coming from entirely family owned estate. The nose presents lively ripe red cherry fruit with a touch of black currant liqueur and forest floor. Great presence of minerality with silken, velvety texture on the palate. Graceful and elegant. I thought this was sublime and a major overachiever considering its humble Côtes de Francs appellation. A really pure expression of dark and red fruits (plums and currants respectively) with baking spices, stone and graphite. Maybe a touch of horse blanket?? Really nice structure. Need more of this in my life. Great QPR.

Animal flavor, leather, tobacco etc. particular flavor would attract wine lovers. It would match with Chinese cuisine with deep taste. 210425

Very polished and sophisticated wine and a keeper at this price point. Would put many Saint Emilion Grand Cru to shame. Enthusiastically recommended. Drink or hold if you can :)
