Jean-Luc and Catherine run the estate with their children Rachel and Guillaume, who make the wines.Fifty-year-old vines on south- and southwest-facing hillsides above Saint-Ciers-de-Canesse, gravel topsoil over clay and silt. The 2022 blend is 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Malbec — hot, dry vintage, concentrated old-vine fruit.Fermented with native yeasts in concrete, with 20% aged in wood. No fining, no filtration, and 90 mg/L total SO₂ — roughly half the conventional Bordeaux addition.
