EMILION GRAND CRU Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon MEDIUM BODIED, BLUE/BLACK FRUIT, SUPPLE TANNINS, OAK PRESENT Very attractive nose giving dried flowers, brambleberry, plum and a bit of cedar. The wine lies medium on the palate with graphite, mineral, and blackberry with nice acidity. Native yeast, no fining or filtration, 20% new oak. ECOLOGY: Conventional FOOD PAIRING: Game & Meat
