FRANCE : LANGUEDOC-ROUSSILLON : RIVESALTES Grenache Gris  FULL-BODIED, DRY, APRICOT JAM, CARAMEL, COFFEE, HONEY, OAK Powerful, complex, and delicious! This aged, oxidized, and fortified wine is from Rivesaltes AOP — one of the “big three” fortified dessert wine appellations in Roussillon. Hand harvested from 1.9-hectares of 70 year old vines; wines are aged in used 335-liter Bordelais fûts.  Serve slightly chilled, with dinner or desert .
