Ruby with sweet red fruit aromas and spicy floral notes, aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak. On the palate fresh cherry, raspberry and strawberry flavors with tea and earthy tones. Fine smooth tannins, well balanced with acidity, nice mouthfeel, long finish ending with earthy mineral character. Very fresh will continue to age! Nice! Pair with with a grilled chop!

very very light, oaky notes, red fruit, slightly acidic, smooth finish, personally I think it was aged a perfect amount, got better as it airated, I don’t really taste a specific fruit note but it is fruity in general, possible berry notes. paired every well with steak
