CALIFORNIA : NAPA VALLEY  Chardonnay MEDIUM-BODIED, GOLDEN APPLE, RIPE PEACH, BUTTER, OAK PRESENT Barrel fermented in 33% new oak plus eight months spent on the lees, this fine California Chard has a long and toasty finish. Ripe apple, peach, and oak aromas are complemented by crisp acidity and pleasing minerality. Lighter notes of beeswax, almond, and lanolin are a bonus. FARMING : Sustainable  PAIRING : Seared Scallops
