A lovely intermingling of sweetness, peat, and brininess makes this Port Charlotte absolutely irresistible. On the nose one is immediately struck by green apple and peat. On the palate, the fruit shines through with tropical fruits, green apple, and a bit of cocoa nibs. The finish is truly delightful, with the sherry finally coming through with some cigar box, cinnamon and ash.
