Not your run a the mill AR Malbec. The fruit is subtle, acidity is pronounced, body is full, and the finish is long and savory. The Patagonian cool climate really dials down the alcohol and allows for balance on all else. The finish is impressive: meaty, chocolaty, slight tannic, with dark fruit remains.

Needs time to blow off the baby fat, better on day 2 actually. Fruit forward with ripe raspberries & huckleberries with some baking spice, a touch of bark and a a fresh, mineral note. On the palate this is plush with velvety, juicy, rich tannins, fresh acidity and a nice mineral streak. Balanced & with nice flow. Unabashedly new world style yet with a good drink factor.
