The 2022 Bianco Litrozzo from Collestefano is a varietal Verdicchio with a nuanced bouquet of crushed rocks and lime zest. It’s pleasantly sweet upon entry yet quickly develops a savory mineral contrast further elevated by a tart green apple crunch.
