CALIFORNIA : SANTA BARBARA COUNTY Pinot Noir MED-BODIED, STRAWBERRY, BLACKBERRY, RASPBERRY, CHERRY ANISE, CLOVE, OAK Listed on Robert Parker’s Best Wineries of the World in both 1989 & 1999, Au Bon Climate (which is owned by renowned winemaker Jim Clendenen) has achieved an almost mythic level of celebrity in the wine world … and rightly so, in our opinion! Food-friendly and age-worthy, the 2019 Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County punches way above its price point with mouth filling intensity and suppleness. Still quite young, it should remain “fresh” for the next 6-7 years, but will become more complex & continue to improve with age. ECOLOGY: Sustainable FOOD PAIRING: Classic Club Sandwich & Fries

Cali Pinot with old world traces. Sweet cherry with minimal oak and medium minus acidity. I would totally have it again, cheers.

Great! Had it with a vegetarian lasagna. Fruity and a little spicy. A very handsome wine indeed.

Aromas of red fruit (strawberry), baking spices and a hint of vanilla. Medium-bodied. Juicy red fruit on the palate. Good acidity

While def had this before, wanted to record that this vintage seems particularly well-balanced (N8). Was surprised how much I loved this

Smells like fresh raspberries and wood, tastes like red licorice with a bit of citrus and just enough structure and tannin at the end to keep it light

Ripe and lush, if a bit simple. Very enjoyable.
