USA : CALIFORNIA : NORTH COAST Syrah MEDIUM BODIED, DARK FRUIT, SPICE, MEDIUM TANNIN, NEUTRAL OAK The nose here is bright with notes of black cherry, black pepper and a bit of licorice and menthol. On the palate the wine is supple with lovely fresh fruit and a bit of taught tannins on the finish. 100% full cluster, native yeast, 10% carbonic. ECOLOGY: Organic FOOD PAIRING: Meats & Game
