CALIFORNIA : SONOMA COUNTY : RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY Chardonnay FULL-BODIED, GREEN APPLE, WHITE PEACH, CITRUS, MINERAL, TOAST, BUTTER, OAK 100% Chardonnay from several Sonoma vineyards. Rich and silky yet structured, with ample fruit on the nose and palate (Meyer lemon, melon, Asian pear, and quince) balanced by sweet and savory oaky notes (toast, sweet cream, white pepper), clean mineral character, and lively acidity. Natural fermentation w/ native yeasts for 12 mos in French oak barrel followed by 6 mos spent in stainless steel. Unfined/unfiltered. ECOLOGY : Sustainable PAIRING : Dungeness Crab Boil with Drawn Butter

Pop and pour. A breathtaking light golden straw color. On the nose: tropical notes, crushed stones, honey, lemon, pear, floral. Taste: smooth, crisp, clean medium body wine with pear, lemon, minerals, orange peel, and an oaked green apple medium plus finish. Drinks well with sashimi Friday night!! Cheers!
