António Lopes Ribeiro Biotite Loureiro Blend 2022

PORTUGAL: Vinho Verde  Loureiro, Arinto  LIGHT-BODIED, CITRUS, MINERAL, GREEN HERBS, SEA SALT, CRISP, NO OAK  Pure, authentic, and elegant Vinho Verde born from biodynamic vineyards on the schistous slopes near Viana do Castelo in Vinho Verde, which is 8km from the Atlantic coast. Unusually for a Vinho Verde, the wine is completely still (sans any effervescence). The vinification process consists of co-fermentation with indigenous yeasts in traditional granite press (lagar).  FARMING: Certified Organic, Biodynamic   PAIRING: Grilled Sardines with Lemon, Garlic, and Paprika
