GERMANY : BADEN Pinot Noir (Spatburgunder) MED BODIED, RED FRUIT, FLORAL, NUANCED, BRIGHT, NEUTRAL OAK This wine is made from 45 year-old vines. It has a dustier, mineral feel that is elegant and detailed but still friendly and very approachable. Subtle, complex with blackberry, nutmeg, cinnamon, with a light dusting of tannins. Lots of nuance and freshness. Lovely floral notes & acidity. FARMING: Biodynamic PAIRING: Roasts
