CALIFORNIA : BALLARD CANYON Sangiovese MED-BODIED, TART POMEGRANATE, RED BERRY, LYCHEE, DARK PLUM, OAK Delicious and approachable, ‘Love You Bunches’ is an effort to make a fresher, lighter version of Sangiovese via Carbonic Fermentation — allowing grapes to ferment whole, uncrushed in a sealed tank — in order to soften the grape’s naturally high levels of tannin and acid (PS: the name is a pun on the gentle treatment of whole grape bunches.)
